  • BUYERS
    • of CHAIN FREE® and CHAIN MENDER® pre-valued houses have a valuation already accepted by selected mortgage lenders (if upsizing, the buyer has time to find any additional finance required).

    • are informed we only act as a “signpost” to brokers and do not advertise their financial services and do not receive or pay any fees or commisions
    • can chose from a selection of lenders (no valuation fees to pay).
    • only have to satisfy the Financial Conduct Authority’s mortgage market review (MMR) rules (that they can afford to buy your house and that the mortgage suits their needs and circumstances).
    • can complete their mortgage with status checks complete within 10 days if their lender acts promptly (set up and ready to go)
    • of a house from Albani (when the seller has taken our finance) will not be guzumped.
