  • What VAL FREE® can do:
    • You Selling,  a CHAIN FREE® house with a Surveyors Valuation will help you sell quickly to a buyer with a read-made mortgage offer.
    • Your Buyer, will have a valuation accepted by selected mortgage lenders and home finance providers.
  • When you sell your house with VAL FREE®:
    • Your Estate Agents can sell your house to a buyer with finance who is not in a chain.
    • You do not have to wait for your buyer to get a mortgage valuation (takes time).
    • Your buyer will only have to satisfy the Financial Conduct Authority’s mortgage market review (MMR) rules (that they can afford to buy your house and that the mortgage suits their needs and circumstances):
    • If your buyer’s mortgage lender or home finance provider responds promptly to their application for VAL FREE® they can have an “offered” mortgage within 10 days (valuation accepted, status checks complete, your buyer set up and ready to go).
    • You will quickly complete the sale of your house.
    • Our Legal Department will add the buyers name to the Sale Contract (and Transfer) you signed (when you took the Fall Back Price®) so your house can be sold through the Plan.
