      on 5 days notice from the date of our DataSource Valuation

      unlike a mortgage you have no legal commitment to repay our finance / we can only recover our finance from the sale of your house
      if you take our finance we will ask you to sign a Sale Contract (our Legal Department will add the buyers name) and Transfer so your house can be sold and we can recoup our finance and you can receive Your Profit Share
