      during your 4 week Facility Period
      on 5 days notice from the date of our DataSource Valuation
    • Non-recourse
      unlike a mortgage you have no legal commitment to repay our finance / we can only recover our finance from the sale of your house
      if you want to take our finance we will ask you to sign a Sale Contract (our Legal Department will add the buyers name) and Transfer so your house can be sold and we can recoup our finance
    • Open-bridge
      no fixed repayment date which obliges you to re-pay by a specific date
    • Non-status
      we are not interested in your financial circumstances
