How it Works

  • {{val_free_deadline_to_submit}} Today the BUYER is informed:
    • By the estate agent selling CHAIN FREE® and CHAIN MENDER® houses with a RICS Surveyors Valuation that they can be bought with VAL FREE® (a mortgage offer subject only to status) and will direct the buyer to VAL FREE® Mortgage Lenders
    • IMPORTANT POINT: The buyer can select a lender and in 2 weeks (assuming the lender responds promptly) have a mortgage offer with all status checks complete according to MMR rules (proof of income and loan affordability).
    • If the buyer doesn’t want a VAL FREE® mortgage they can find other mortgages at SMART MOVE®.
    • IMPORTANT POINT: We do not recommend or promote any firm of VAL FREE® mortgage lenders and we do not take fees or commissions.
    • If the buyer is buying a house Albani is selling they will not be guzumped.

  • {{val_free_deadline_to_mortgage_offer}}By this date, 2 weeks from today, the SELLER of a CHAIN FREE® or CHAIN MENDER® house with a RICS Surveyors Valuation knows:
    • they can receive an offer from a buyer with an “offered” mortgage.
    • IMPORTANT POINT: 14 days from today the seller and buyer can proceed to exchange contracts.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
