    • Buyers are told by your Estate Agent there are VAL FREE® mortgage and interest-free home finance offers available from selected lenders which they can access through www.valfree.com
    • IMPORTANT POINT: Buyer selects a lender and in 2 weeks (assuming the lender responds promptly) has a mortgage or interest-free home finance offer with all status checks complete according to MMR rules (proof of income and loan affordability).
  • {{val_free_deadline_to_mortgage_offer}}You receive an offer for your house from a buyer with an approved mortgage or interest-free home finance (not applicable during coronavirus).
    • The prospective buyer for your house has the finance to proceed (VAL FREE® is a regulated mortgage contract).
  • IMPORTANT POINT: On this website and in all Our Documents “days” mean working days and therefore “weeks” are illustrative (i.e. 1 week = 5 working days).
  • {{val_free_facility_period_start}} to {{val_free_facility_period_end}} = Time it will take you to sell your house to a buyer with a Mortgage Offer (2 weeks = 10 working days).
