    • VAL FREE® is a regulated mortgage contract for our RICS pre-valued houses (no Valuation costs to pay).
    • Buyers are told there are VAL FREE® mortgage and home finance offers available from selected lenders which they can access at VAL FREE® Mortgage lenders (for interest-based mortgages) or at VAL FREE® Home Finance providers (for interst-free home finance).
    • IMPORTANT POINT: Buyer selects a lender and in 2 weeks (assuming the lender responds promptly) has a mortgage or interest-free home finance offer with all status checks complete according to MMR rules (proof of income and loan affordability).

  • {{val_free_deadline_to_mortgage_offer}}By this date, 2 weeks from today, you receive an offer for your house from a buyer with an approved mortgage or interest-free home finance.
    • The buyer for your house has an “offered” mortgage and can now proceed to exchange contracts to buy your house.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
