How it Works

    • The BUYER is informed by the estate agent selling CHAIN FREE® and CHAIN MENDER® houses with VAL FREE® that they are valuation-free and can be bought with VAL FREE® (a mortgage offer from selected lenders for pre-valued houses subject only to status).
    • The estate agent or the buyer’s broker will direct the buyer to VAL FREE® Mortgage Lenders
    • IMPORTANT POINT: The buyer can select a lender and in 2 weeks (assuming the lender responds promptly) complete their mortgage with status checks complete according to MMR rules (proof of income and loan affordability)
    • VAL FREE® mortgages are only available through mortgage brokers
    • The broker can view the valuation of the house for sale from a password protected list at www.valfreemortgages.com
    • If the Loan to Value (LTV) is acceptable to the buyer an application can immediately be made through the broker to the mortgage lender of their choice

  • {{val_free_deadline_to_mortgage_offer}}By this date, 2 weeks from Today:
    • The SELLER knows they can receive an offer from a buyer able to complete their mortgage (status checks complete according to MMR rules)
    • IMPORTANT POINT: 14 days from today the seller and buyer can proceed to exchange contracts
