If I decide to draw-down the Fall Back Price® I authorise Albani to deduct my 1% Fee (minimum £1,980) from the Fall Back Price® and pay it directly into the Plan for me.
If I decide to draw-down the Fall Back Price® I agree to instruct my solicitors to pay my 1% Fee (minimum £1,980) directly into the Plan concurrently with my draw-down of the Fall Back Price®.
